But how do I give them 0 stars? Yolanda and the other girl were very arrogant and rude and refused to help me after I closed my loan off and paid it. They said I was no longer a customer.

Customer service by desk employees is outstanding. Myra Vasquez has done a great job since I’ve been dealing with them i have zero complaints on them! Friendly enviroment and they make u feel at home by offering customers snacks or water bottles upon entering their doors. Great job by that team!
