staff there are the best. i’ve never had an account where the staff treat you like one of them . store manager and his assistant are the reason why. they are such awesome personalities that the know how to pick out good people for their crew. as long as those two are running it. i’ll bank there the rest of my life . Good job Guys!!!
The bank refused to change my $20 bill into 4 $5 bills because I didn’t have an account with them. Is that legal? Guarantee I will be checking into that with Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas. In the meantime I will advise everyone to consider babking elsewhere.
The name says ‘convenience’ and you’d think being in Walmart it would be, BUT, I needed to buy a roll of quarters and they REFUSED to sell them to me because i didn’t have an account with them. The teller in front of the bank tried to strong arm me into opening an account there. This is a bank? And it certainly was not convenient!
This is probably the worst bank I’ve ever dealt with. Right now my biggest problem is they do not release your money when using cash app. Everyone I know who uses this app, gets their money immediately. I pay for the instant transaction to get my money and because of this bank I still have to wait another day to get my money. Every single time. We can not wait to close this account and take our business somewhere else. Horrible bank. Rude employees at every location.
