I’ve been with southstar for 7 years, they are friendly, professional and work in a timely manner. The only negative I find is that they charge to exchange coins. I know it takes time and work, but I believe that is thier job and should be part of customer service. I had to go to Bryan to get my coins exchanged. ($650.).
The bank employees are great people. They are always happy to see me. Kacy knows me by first name and handles every issue I have, which are never their fault. Great bank and I look to do more business with them soon.
Very nice employee’s and very knowledgeable about the different options available for opening an account. I got my debit card and was activated the same day.. also got a nice gift bag full of great stuff! I recommend this place and give it 5 Stars!!
