Was speaking to idk if it was either the customer service representative or ceo of business but during asking a question the call only made it to 1 minute they hanged up on my face after and I called back and they did not pick up the phone.

They are open till 7pm and I show up at 2 PM and no one is at the store. I called 2 hours prior to showing up to see if they had a certain product and he said they did. Now he won’t answer the phone. What kind of business is this
Came in this pawn shop because their reviews were pretty decent. I had a number of items I wanted to pawn, and the guy turned everything down without even looking. Everything I had was in new condition he said he don’t except Movado watches even though there’s a number of different brand and cheap watches on display. He turned down a brand new homepod 2 thar was just given to me in a box . He even said no to my 18c gold earings, he said he didn’t want the earings because it had diamonds on it which makes no since in my mind either way I didn’t argue I just left knowing the other items I have wouldn’t matter either.
Selling guitars very used for 80 dollars more than they cost new. I tried to enquire about this but the man working ignored me…he was busy watching you tube. Every guitar or amp related item was priced ridiculously. So I’ll go to guitar center and get same guitar brand new for 80 bucks less. Edit to owners response.
That’s not true. You sound like a robot. I’m not gonna bother taking photos of your equipment, and drive across town and photo the same guitars amps and pedals 90 to 200 dollars cheaper but brand new. Whatever you lost a serious return customer as I deal with this type of equipment. You are charging 599.00 for an amp pedal that retailed for 99.00 on multiple sites. ( repairing..custom modding..etc)
