I would avoid this place. We made a deal on the price, drive 45minutes to get there and then they raised the price when I showed up. Will definitely not be doing business there.
Very bad customer service, i message saying that i was coming in today to buy a laptop, even game me the address to get there. when i arrived they were selling the laptop i was coming to get. What good is telling them you going to buy something if they just going to dale it anyways. It was a waste of time and effort. I am deeply upset and don’t recommend anyone come to this location.
Very unprofessional staff. Evelyn, the young Hispanic girl, was talking with a friend of hers that came in and constantly called him n**ga and was using vulgar language. My kids weren’t in there so I didn’t bother to say anything but it definitely made me uncomfortable and I knew I wouldn’t return.
After calling 3 stores a kind man by the name of Joseph answered my call and enabled me to check on my items good customer service friendly but stern
