Customer service is great and they have a great variety of pretty much everything. I enjoy going to this store because of the selection and friendliness of the employees. Whether you’re buying or selling this is a great Pawn Shop to do your business with. They have plenty of parking and it’s always easy to get in and out.
How much money you want to bet you’re not going to get them on the phone I ain’t never met people so desperate to not get paid
This Bayou Pawn is located in a long strip center on Fondren @ S. Braeswood.
They have a nice selection of firearms. In addition, you will find power tools & equipment, jewelry, shoes, purses, etc.
Store associates are friendly and helpful.

I should have read the reviews before buying anything from this store.
I bought a portable DVD player for my daughter. Before I made my purchase I had the worker test it out. She turned it on with a small charger she found in the back. Reassured me it was good nothing wrong with it. I believed her because normally there is some sort of disclosure that the product might have some issues along with a slight discount. Mind you, this product was not discounted at all. I bought the DVD player took it home and charged it. It wouldn’t charge so I went to Walmart to buy a brand new charger. Left it charging over night did not charge pass 17%. I called to ask if I can exchange it for one that does charge since It’s been less that 24hrs since I bought the thing ( I would have gotten a more expensive one and paid the difference). They said no sorry we can only buy it back for 1/2 of what you paid. Mind blown!
I put a gun on layaway the guy told me 8 days come back no questions ask I come back to pick it up the lady kept giving me the runaround and told me to wait another 8 days so I told her I wanted a refund because of the misinformation and time, the manager came and told me he’s not giving me a refund being very rude and unprofessional, told me his name was none of my business and walked away will be calling corporate on Carlos and reporting them to the better business bureau
