I’m giving a rating to the black female manager with the piercing. She was being very rude during our encounter and wouldn’t even give eye contact. I honestly don’t even know how the hell she became manager. Been going here for years for the same services, and never had a problem until now. It’s about having good loyalty and customer service. That is how you keep bringing people back. Not picking and choosing who you wanna show customer service to. And also not acting like a know it all. I know the person I was dealing with was acting trying so I give that person. But her she needs more training
It’s 9:30 and they’re not open that’s just wild . It says from 9 to 7 . Some lady just put a sign that it’ll be open at 10:30 .

Worst pawn shop ever in Houston . Do not go here I repeat do not go here. They are very rude over the phone and in person . They have 0 customer service skills and should naturally be fired honestly but just think twice before going here
