Don’t go here at all, they rip you off of your money and then sell your things for 3x what it’s worth
The worst pawn shop in Texas. The workers are all rude no customer service at all. No one wears a badge so you don’t know their names. I asked for a manager she didn’t address me at all she sent another worker to speak to me and told me to come back in the morning to speak to the store manager. So no help today at all. I was lied to about a sale so the guy could get a commission. I come to pay for it and it is not what the original sale offer I paid for and they told me it was their mistake but I can’t get my money back nor can they help me to come back in the morning. I then proceeded to ask the black gentleman with the golds in his mouth (I have to describe him because again no one has on a name tag) for corporate number and he totally ignores me. I asked him to give me customer service because I am a customer he begins to fuss at me telling me he’s looking at the computer. The other black young lady with the two toned hair (again I have to describe her because no one has a badge on) proceeded to interject when she wasn’t involved in our conversation she was handling another customer. All this is going on and the manager (she is a Hispanic lady I believe they said her name was Maria) never comes from behind the counter to address me nor the situation. I always spend my money here and I don’t deserve this kind of treatment. I should be treated with excellent customer and if I ask for a manager to better assist me a manager should come because that’s a managers job to handle the situation. I didn’t get none of that. I am very disappointed in this place. I want my money back or I want the sale I originally agreed upon. I am gonna call corporate. Put a complaint in on the BBB. I want to speak with the store manager but if the employees are like this then I can only imagine what the store manager is like and what the resolution will be. Everyone need customer service training, Sensitive training, manager training or something. This is one of the worst experiences of my life.
Had pawned a $300 nail gun and got $60, seemed that day they where just giving $60 loans to everyone regardless the value. Came back today to pawn the same tool and the lady forcibly kept telling me the system only wanted to buy it for $25, at the end said they could loan less the the value the system wanted to buy it for. Honestly i noticeed the lady just wanted to get us in and out fast because she was the only one and was busy making a sale so she prioritized that, which is terrible customer service, she even told me To go elsewhere even though I was very friendly and polite. What a scam, also was looking at the drills they have for sell and being used they have them about $10 dollar difference from the new ones at the store, check pricing before shopping here..
THIS PAWN SHOP IS A SCAM WILL SALE YOU FAKE SHOES‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️🤦🏾♂️I bought a pair of retro Jordan’s from them they charged me a arm and a leg because I KNEW u couldn’t find these anywhere. I resale shoes so this was a great deal for anybody who is in need for good shoes low price. I normally sale to kids who want the best but at a lower cost and these shoes are straight up fake. I buy from them all the time an thing is they wouldn’t even take them back with the recipe because it had been past 5days.
I walked in asked about a gun waited 30 minutes to be helped and then when helped I was told I couldn’t buy the gun because I was on the phone waiting on them I was racially profiled by these Hispanic workers. Shop at a real Gun Store
