Well, it was my first visit and I was looking for a replacement ring for my husband. I was greeted by Eric and I told him what I was looking for. He showed me and my husband what he had available and we selected something placed in layaway we were very happy with the service that we received. Eric was very attentive understood I was looking for a certain price range didn’t make anything difficult was very happy to show us Options and being that it was my first visit looked around the store. Saw a lot of interesting things. And I told him I would be back to do some more shopping when I make my payments. Thank you Eric for making it a fantastic experience.
Absolutely Fabulous.. seriously. Not only was the store aesthetically appealing; organized sections, eye catching displays…( and they weren’t just “eye catching” in a flashy way)… they were clearly curated by someone who cares and took the time to display their inventory!!! Cleanliness 10/10…
on to the most integral part …the team!! From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed but in a non pushy relaxed manner. The manager Kat was amazing (and that’s coming from my years working customer service/ food and beverage background).. she is honest and cares about what she’s doing and was very helpful in all aspects! 10/10 will be back and will recommend! Prices are fair and not inflated like most pawn shops trying to nickel and dime you! I cannot say enough about this spot! Literally made my day, the vibe of all of the employees and even the customers in shopping was on point!
If I need to pawn anything, this would be the first option … Honey Ms Kat ,Miss Shayy, Mr Freddie got me in and out real quick yesterday . They made conversation made you feel welcome and let’s not forget that trophy sitting up on the shelf .. y’all see it … Self explanatory !! Self image is everything and Ms Kat team is awesome .. 💋No shade

Shay and Miss Kat both of these ladies are the bomb they help me out made me feel like a hundred bucks even though I didn’t have all of that in my pocket they took care of me and they even gave me some great conversation afterwards so whatever y’all need when it comes down to model employees and all of that you need to look these ones up you need to give them a raise I hope you are looking at this cuz they are the bomb so I appreciate everything that they’ve done y’all need to come see them!
