Wouldn’t even give a 1 star . Tested for gold and karat . They did the scratch and chemical test . The guy asked the !? Manager !?? What does this mean ? The manager took the bracelet with several gold charms , stuck a big magnet to the pile of gold and charms . It stuck , he said fake “platted “ . Got in my truck stuck a magnet to the entire thing . Bracelet didn’t stick , charms -not magnetble . The five loops that attach charms … magnetized . Cut the loops off , took to an actual jewelry store , 18k gold weighing 19.5 grams ..,
Staff was lazy service was terrible the lady refused to take my rifle simply because she couldn’t take her time to find the make and model even after I told her
They never want to negotiate. I always get told no when I take a good working electronic device and it’s frustrating because I just don’t wanna throw away electronics. Don’t come here for anything tbh. They buy your electronics for a cheap price and sell it for a higher price. Imma start my own store where I treat every customer fairly. This store sucks

Idk about the rest of the reviews I’ve never tried to pawn anything with them so I can’t speak on that part. as for my experience the staff is super friendly, not 100% knowledgeable of every item in store. Although will help you if you generally know what your looking for. there great for getting those gifts you wouldn’t be able to get because they offer layaway. They have a great selection of items to choose from, just make sure you have a good knowledge of what your in need of before going.
