Royal Pawn should be more clear about what they do and do not accept. I called prior and spoke with a lady whom i told exactly what i am trying to sell (a apple watch series 3 and airpod generation 2) she could not give me a price and told me I would need to come in, which is fine. What she did not tell me, is that Royal Pawn does not accept these items at all, because they are “too old”. This could have been avoided and this company should focus on doing better.
Laura was great and fair on her pricing for my handgun. Courteous and very nice people. Would recommend.
I pawned my switch and got 50$. I came back and had to pay 130 to get it back which was fine. But she “threw in” these earphone’s, and said I can have both the earphone’s and my switch for 170. I bought both just to find out these garbage, dirty earphones don’t even work. I called that day to find out why I was sold them and what could be done, and was told if I didn’t come back that day there was nothing that could be done. Trash place of business trying to swindle you out of any money they can.
Absolute liars made a deal prior to driving 2 hours sent them pictures of my item item worked perfectly when I arrived. Not only did s he offer me half what she originally said but the item I was going to get sge raised the price on it. I would never reccomend going here they are liars and will cheat you and she ignored my son while he was trying to ask for a item 3 times.
I have been to Royal Pawn a handful of times and was never disappointed. The first time I was greeted and spoke to as if I was Royalty. Outstanding customer service and the prices are like I have never seen before (great prices). Royal Pawn is an example of how pawn shops should be.
