The positive reviews come from when they are actually helping a customer… if the reviews were the whole experience in sure people would admit that the overall experience is not the same as one on one service… I’m giving an extra star for the store bring cleaned and organized nicely.. however customer service here suffers tremendously… Whenever I come in it’s ALWAYS a 30 min wait avg for someone to see me so we stand in line long periods sometimes even just waiting for a person to answer a simple question IF you’re not trying to be rude getting their attention from other customers. The jewelry agent is distracted playing w babies of the customers rather than stepping in to support the store. I count 5 associates in the store currently but two are tending to the front which wouldn’t be a problem IF they at least acknowledged folks sitting here waiting for service. Too much time is invested in focusing on the one person they come across while working. 2 stars for service.
I came in today to pay on my layaway. And I put a purse on layaway. Mrs. Ivy and Adali helped me out. That’s the best Pawn shop that Ms.Ivy work at.
The staff is very friendly, I really like how they treat me. I’ve been a customer for many years and am so glad

Probably one of the worst pawn shops I been to ripoff prices and whenever you take something in the don’t even give 30% of what your asking for if you really want to get a decent price or deal on your items or items you wanna buy id recommend fiesta pawn
