5 Reviews on “Bank of America Video Banking”
A fabulous and convenient branch office even though there are no actual humans there. There are multiple ATMs and two private meeting rooms where you sit in a comfortable chair and tap a tablet screen, which brings up an agent on a flat screen TV on the other side of the room almost instantly. Then you video chat. You can get solved any problem you need to solve. The only thing you can’t do is get papers and documents. I solved my difficult problem quickly, all while my phone at home was on hold for more than an hour to the central customer service. After I got home I hung up the phone which was still on hold. This little Center is a fabulous new service. To get in the door you just use a credit card, which is also what you do to access one of the small meeting rooms.
Terrible customer service at the Bissonett branch
The door is jammed. It looks like it’s open at the bottom and forced closed at the top. When using your card to get in it makes the sound that it is unlocking but it is impossible to open the door.
Waste of time.
None of the virtual assistant rooms provide any intuitive clear way to access a real human rep. If you want an ATM, fine. If you want a real banking experience, go somewhere else.
Wow!
