This Cash America is located on the southbound North Fwy service road @ North Shepherd Dr.
They have a good selection of TVs, audio equipment, bicycles. There is a separate room for power equipment.
Store associates are friendly and helpful.
I bought a sound bar about two weeks ago from a sales associate named Ms.Broanna. she was very professional and very-didn’t make me feel like a stranger or weirdo when I came in there. We need more good quality customer service like that in a lot of places because things like that are now extinct. People can profile you just because you dress and look a certain way and be very rude to you. But she was not rude. She acted like everyday people. She deserves a raise and promotion.
They broke my $100 speakers and didn’t want to pay for it. Even tried to twist up my story to avoid liability. Have to contact corporate now. If they don’t resolve the issue, then I’ll have to file a lawsuit. A lot of trouble to go through for anyone and not worth it for many so they would just lose out. Definitely don’t recommend. They will not treat your equipment right, definitely wouldn’t purchase anything here.
I pawned my record player and they didnt shrink wrap for security of the needle arm and gave it back with broken needle. 1 year ago. I have poor results from the place but they have nice girls.
Came in to get a loan and I was in and out quick but when I got to my car it wouldn’t crank. Onturo took some time out to help us get back on the road. Thank so much.
