Be aware the Company has very shady business practices. There is no return policy. If you buy a broken product without the warranty you will be stuck with it, if you purchase the warranty you will get just the cost of the product minus the warranty cost, so they win by selling broken items. From my observations They purposely sale broken products in hope you don’t purchase the warranty so they can continue reselling it until someone buys that item without the warranty. There is no peace of mind patronizing this business. If you patronize thier establishment you would assume the product is in working condition, however that is not the case. Every product I found purchase worthy was broken ,like the window air-conditioners-all broken but sold at non broken prices. Don’t take a loss patronizing a shady business. Every product with warranty I brought within the past few months will be returned today. I don’t patronize crooks.
False advertising/bait and switch going on here!! Prices listed for multiple things I was interested in on Facebook marketplace by Norma and other coworkers only to be 3 times the price when you walk in the store. Looked this morning and all items have been marked “sold” but are now relisted for more $$ Manager was no help at all, had no explanation for their shady sales tactics. Wont ever be back! BUYER BEWARE!!
I like this Cash America location. The sales floor is large with good merchandise presentation.
There is a good selection of power tools and equipment. I don’t pawn items or borrow money, but I have found some really good deals at Cash America pawn shops.
I purchased a TV from this store and was encouraged to purchase a warranty for $10 more to protect me from damaged merchandise. Once home, the TV worked for 3 hours and developed lines on the screen. Attempted to return to store and was rejected, despite having the return warranty. Rocendo (manager) refused to owner warranty or at a minimum give store credit. Never again from this store.
Went in to check the authentication of a gold bracelet. They just looked at it and said is was plated. They aren’t that knowledgeable on how to test for gold. Left went to a jeweler where did more than just looking at it.
