Don’t EVER!!!! Pawn your stuff here. The store dropped my wife’s stuff. No courtesy call or anything. Then talked to Adolfo the jerk management and said the store doesn’t have to contact the customer. It’s the customer’s responsibility to make sure when their loan is due cause they ain’t the one pawning anything. Like what kinda of service is that?? He talks to you if your some kind of kid off the streets. He bullies and harasses trying to make you feel like your stupid. Corporate needs to set up recording audio to hear their employees conversations with the customers.
Don’t never come to this location! Adolfo the manager will contact the DM and make false accusations that you were making threats and harassments. So the DM won’t side on your side when you contact the DM for Aldofo dropping your stuff. Aldofo is very sneaky guy. He won’t even give you the DM name or number. So he can already contact the DM and make up lies about the customer. He needs to be fired or moved. His own employee gave me the 411 about him. The DM needs to know Adolfo is not who he claims to be.
