Banked with Chase a few years without any problems, the only issue being when I was ready to close the account, I was asked to provide a reason for closing my account…. in order to process closure! As if my simple desire to close was not reason enough. A person needs to know they have more control over their money, their accounts and decisions that pertain to it.
I don’t like this branch very much. We went there to get the proof of interest income for tax return around 11: 45 this Tuesday. The lady received us was not friendly and let us go home to wait the mail. There were other customers waiting there. She helped nobody but said something useless. Maybe She was waiting for her lunch break. Actually, it just needs 5 minutes to print a proof. But what she has done is just pushing the costumers out of the branch. How can we image that we will do any business with this branch or with this lady?
I had to wait longer than expected to notarize my document. But Jonse was pretty helpful and completed it quickly later. And branch manager called me to apologize for the unexpected waiting time. I appreciate their care.
Someone stole my money and I have been trying get a hold of someone we are in October this happened in Dec. Do not bank at jp Morgan chase unless you have money to play with. I lost house and living with friends they care about money nothing else. I was talking to same people it took them months put my money back but following day they took it back. Statements don’t match and they won’t hhelp
This branch had great friendly staff and helped my husband and I combine our finances and think through different options for our banking needs. Very professional and personable and made us feel right at home. Definitely recommend!
