Their customer service has been truly remarkable! They have many long term employees – certainly a testament to a positive work environment – who make an effort to recognize their customers and call them by name.

We have been with Prosperity Bank for almost 20 years. This particular Main Street branch is just around the corner from our home. We use it not because it is conveniently close, but because of its staff. They treat us like family and make us feel at home.
