I called and spoke with Efram, bank manager, about opening an account. I wanted to do it in person and made an appointment for 2:30 (it was 2/15). He was the one who suggested the time because we also spoke about a 3:30 appointment then he said he has an opening at 2:30. I got there at 2:25, waited 20 minutes and no one helped me. I interrupted Efram who said that when someone was available they would help me. There were three other people waiting. What is the use of scheduling an appointment if it is not honored?
I gave this location 2 stars because of 1 of the most awesome customer service reps I’ve ever met! Super helpful and understanding. But I also met 1 of the rudest customer service reps here as well. She almost made me cry when I was pregnant and the look she gave me. This is not my choice location.
Rude and lazy, told me to use the ATM. The bank was empty.
the worst chase location i’ve been to in houston. the ATM is always broken, employees move with no urgency, never enough staff at front. they always have the 2nd drive through lane closed at all hours of operation and the 1st drive through lane is a guaranteed long wait. do better
