Avoid this place at all cost or at least choose as your last resort. I’ve been going to this place over the years and every year they seem to get worse and worse. They treat customers anyway they want and they talk to each other in codes to rip customers off out of their merchandise, they are very rude to customers, especially some of the guys that have worked there the longest. I wouldn’t be surprised if they sell out to Ez pawn as their way of doing business is just expired.
Bad service, I’ve did a lot of business with these guys. I sent someone to them that has health issues dealing with flatbed equipment… 2 brand new 8ft drop tarps. 2 6feet tarps brand new. 3 new chains 4binders 4 stakes offered driver 320.00 ok fine but problems is they took everything out from disabled guy car. Then wouldn’t help him put it back in after they took it out. The guy is disabled. Then told him he couldn’t be on property n he had to leave after they took all the equipment out. Sorry customer service… that low ball equipment in all 3k of equipment brought in offered him 300.00 that is ok what you offered. Problem is you took all that equipment out and didn’t help him get it back in after he decided not to sale. I will never do buisness with these guys again nor refer anyone else. Sorry poor customer service…
If I could, I wouldn’t give any stars! DO NOT PLACE ANYTHING ON LAYAWAY! When you phone to make a payment, one person says one amount, but when you call back, another person tells you need to pay $100 or $120. Please explain how it works!? When I call back, another person says $70 today and $70 next week! Sad how they can steal people’s hard-earned money! Then no one can explain why everyone is quoting different amounts! The buyer’s ultimately loses their money and receives nothing! I will never ever do business there again because of the terrible customer service.
My bad experience today. With.m&m Pown shop. Manager and coworkers try cheating me out of my merchandise. When I did not agree to the price they were trying to. Pay for a brand new. Items. After unloading my vehicle they decided they was not going to help me load it back because I was not agreeing to the price After forty five minutes There was not trying to assist me with loading my equipment back in the van Then she came and threatened me she said I have to leave the premises that was word from her boss Anyone I know will not do business with that establishment anymore m&m Is the fact that Is the whole ratio over tone…
This is where all the stolen truck equipment from truck stops ends up. Everything the sell is probably stolen from the truck at the pilot and loves. Plus, they also have horrible customer service, I don’t know how they’re still in business.
