I went to pawn or sell the speakers and amp I bought him since he decide to sell his car. I felt like I was back in Mississippi where the sign said NO BLACKS ALLOWED!! No respect , no customer service except with an attitude. I gave them three stars simply because of the quality of their merchandise.
If no stars was a thing this place would get it some short Hispanic lady was mad at one of the employees and didn’t want to give me a loan because of it the guy was trying to help but she was the manager and didn’t want to give him any help to get me a loan on jewelry it’s not the first time she denied a loan to other people in the store because she was mad I’m not sure if upper management knows they losing money because of her
This Valu + Pawn anchors one end of a building in a strip center on East Tidwell @ Airline Drive. The shop is clean with good merchandise presentation.
The jewelry boat (counter) is nice. It is located in the middle of the showroom. They hace a good selection of athletic shoes, audio equipment and power tools/equipment .
Store associates are friendly and helpful.
Very slow service bought one pair of shoes next day i use them to go out and they all fall apart cause they were super glued . Next day i try to return them they didnt want to give me my money back . They bought back for half , so i did that and took 2 more shoes and as soon as i get home I notice one of them is superglued too and drive back and try and get my money back and they didnt want to they could only buy them back for half and i was not going to lose 150$ in a day had to come back next day when the manager was there. Then he gets mad “i need to check my shoes before leaving” no ya have to check ya shoes before buying cause im a customer thats there every weekend buying gold and shoes and they know the see me there often
Worst experience ever I went to pawn my jbl xtreme 3 Bluetooth and they only offer 20 because they don’t take it. I told them I was just pawing it not selling it I went to a different store and they offered me 90 but I just needed 40
Worst store and employee are rude
