This Bayou Pawn is located in a strip center on Long Point @ Bluecrest.
They have a good selection of power tools & equipment. They had three pickup truck tool boxes. In addition, you will find guns, purses, shoes and some jewelry.
Worst experience these people are something else I would not recommend coming to this place. I would give them 1 stars but I had to add 1 more after having to call corporate about my pawn they reactive it so I wouldn’t lose it. They had the nerve to say they called but going back to my vm nothing was left and nothing on my call log. I finally was able to take out my gun today background came back when it came to paying I gave the manager a paper that I thought was the ticket instead of communicating to me letting me know it was the wrong paper they charged me the $1 I get it it’s only $1 but it’s the principle NO COMMUNICATION! Then to top it all off the dude (not the manager) just hands me the gun I look at him in confusion he expected me to walk out without MY ORIGINAL BOX! LIKE AS IF THEY WERE GOING TO KEEP IT WITH MY EXTRA CLIP!! If you’re reading this don’t go I suggest goinelsewherere that’s more organized and better communication. I’m glad I don’t have to deal with them anymore and I’m sure their feeling is mutual.
Doesn’t deserve even 1 star, but I came in to purchase a PlayStation controller, which I did. I took it home and the next morning I wake up to play with it and it’s not turning on.. I call them back the same minute and the lady who sold it to me says okay bring it back so I drove all the way out to Houston and bring it back in just for the manager to tell me we can’t do returns we sell our stuff “as is” then why tell me to even come back and most importantly why did y’all purchase a non working controller just to sell it to someone else?? Such a scam I couldn’t believe they were making me keep it like unbelievable. Do not come here unless you wanna get scammed, there’s tons of better pawn shops all around.
Great customer service and overall good products. Electronics,TVs, Lots of tools as well. Only reason I don’t give it 5 stars is because of their payment options to redeem your personal items as of this writing you can only redeem your items with cash.
