Checked 3 gold necklace chains with girl at the front the confirm if it’s real 14k. Lady said it was real 14k. Turns out to be a fake. They’re running a side hustle . Stay away do not buy and do not check if ypur gold is real or any other jewelry. Both manager and girl with glasses confirmed it was “14k gold”. It’s all a scam .

Stay away . Nothing but thieves taking advantage of the needy. Pawned my Citizen watch which I received 60.00. Missed my due date and had to pay 120.00 to retrieve my watch. They will never see me again.

The associates Keyani and the assistant manager the cute short red head, I think; know their jobs I tell you. But the manager the middle age Hispanic lady doesn’t even recognize a Government ID she argued with me and her Assistant Manager checked her and let her know how U.S. identification is formatted, across the board. Keep up the good work very fair pricing better than the Letgo Offer Up headaches. I had a price in my head for what I would accept for my tools from the Navy and they matched what I had expected to the cent. So yeah just school the manager on her customer relations and knowledge base overall.
