I came in the branch a few months back and open a checking account and I got great service and help on my different options on the bank accounts. And with their great advice and service I got the best account for my needs and it has been great ever since then.
And the Branch Manager is very helpful and always looking out for the clients and always offers a helping hand.
I very rarely leave reviews but “Michaelina Gonzales” was very nice and the bank was beautiful and all I did was to just cash a check she made forget what I was there for with such good customer service definitely will be looking forward to see her again!
Maria was WONDERFUL she was able to help clarify all of my questions, she went above and beyond to satisfy our needs. Could not of been happier w the service. Thank you maria!!!
The ladies (Katherine & Michaelina) are always so nice and helpful! They go to extra mile to remember who I am and always ask how my day is going. Little things like this make me happy to bank locally with Allegiance vs. some of the other national banks where I am just a number.
WOW….. What Great Customer Service !!!
I have another accounts with another bank and chose Allegiance Bank to transfer my business to. I was greeted by a friendly teller which asked how she could help me. I let her know that I was there to open an account. Michaelina Gonzales came out and nicely greeted me. We sat and began speaking. She was such a delight and so helpful in choosing the right account for me.
To my surprise I was then greeted by Adriana Chavez, she introduced her self as the Office Manager and gave me her business card.
Ms. Chavez let me know if I ever needed anything to call her direct.
She also mention that her cell phone number was listed as well. WOW !!!
She thank me for coming in and choosing Allegiance Bank.
While sitting there she made me feel like family, offered me coffee and we spoke for a great while.
Several clients came she greeted them as well some by name.
I have never been treated by bank staff in such a wonderful, calming, inviting manner.
They made me feel like being there customer matters.
I even had the Senior Vice President David Corpus come out of his office and thank me for opening an account with Allegiance Bank.
