Great service, fast, and with a reasonable wait time. A couple of the ATMs were down for maintenance during my visit but I don’t anticipate that will take too long. Conveniently located too, so that’s a bonus for clients in the area.
I used this bank for over 5 years at least once a month up until a few months ago. One of the best things about leaving the neighborhood was no longer dealing with this bank. This bank was reliably understaffed, leading to long wait times. To make matters worse, the staff members were often rude. My check got stuck once in their machine and the clerk got annoyed with me, scolding me for the check being slightly bent in the corner and messing up her machine. Their rudeness aside, the few employees behind the counter do all the work while I’ve seen all other employees, including managers, stand around chatting and doing absolutely nothing. They COULD be using the tablets to help customers with transactions, but in all the years I went to this location, that only happened a handful of times. A great example of the ‘manager just standing around’ was watching one chat sports with another employee in the lobby for over 20 minutes while just seeing the line get longer and his staff struggle. I asked for his card when I left, and he couldn’t understand why. Hopefully, he isn’t there any longer, but I ran across the card recently and recalled how ridiculous his behavior was for a manager. BoA should do their customers a favor and clean shop from top to bottom at this location.
I would give zero stars if I could .. due to a rude worker I had over 6k put on hold now I can’t feed my kids or family.. I’ve cashed this same check several times with boa!! Horrible service!! They don’t trust there customer and I no longer trust them !! Give me all my funds from this horrible company
No wonder why review rating is so low for this particular branch. It’s all about people. The staff don’t even try to hide indifference towards customers. There is apparent lack of interest in understanding issues from the customer’s perspective. Big Mexican guy, some sort of manager probably, approaches you just to let you know he can do nothing about your inquiry whatsoever. That doesn’t mean the whole bank of america organization is bad. The issue I had disregarded by this particular branch’s staff was easily resolved for me in another branch of bank of america, which once again emphasizes the fact that it is all about people, their attitude and desire to help.
Teller is incredibly rude when we asked to make a wire transfer. Unbelievably unprofessional. Shame on BoA.
