I really can’t put into words how impressed I was with the incredible staff at this location. At first I was very concerned about the negative reviews and didn’t know if I wanted to go into the bank. However, I needed to get a deposit and take some money out, so I figured it wouldn’t be that bad to go in.
Everyone was so welcoming and talked to me in depth about my business. THE TREATED ME LIKE A PERSON!
They didn’t treat me like a stereotype or in a negative manner. Everyone had a great attitude. They were able to meet all of my business needs and I look forward to doing a lot of continued business at this branch. Thank you guys so much for the awesome experience.
Once Truist took over, all customer service is over seas. Besides the language barrier, they have no clue what they are doing and will hang up on you if the can’t answer your question.
Opened my Business account here. The staff was unmatched. Great establishment especially for BOBs
Terrible customer service, all the bankers are incompetent. All the Tellers are incompetent. The only person that sounded like they had any sense was the manger. This location literally froze account, froze funds, clipped my card while I was on an important business trip. “Katie McBride” then caught attitude(s) when I’m concern about my own funds and would rush me off the phone when I asked on the status of my claim. RIDICULOUS & UNACCEPTABLE. This location is in the ghetto and is also ghetto itself especially the banker “Katie McBride” just flat out rude, I’m not even sure how no one else has left a review on this location. Don’t put your money in Truist.
THESE BANKERS HERE WILL SIT AND WATCH YOU WAIT FOR 30 MINUTES WHILE THEY DO NOTHING JUST BECAUSE THEY LAZY AND DONT LIKE TO WORK. BANK OF AMERICA IS RIGHT UP THE STREET KEEP LOOKING
