Horrible experience. Cullen store broke the neck on my Les Paul Epiphone sunburst guitar. Refuse to pay or replace it. Wants me to repawn it until they can get one of equal value. Refuse to sign anything taking responsibility yet admit to breaking guitar

They never give u enough money for your stuff and everything is high for no reason even damaged products their quick to turn you away I went somewhere else found cheaper products a cleaner and better pawn shop and they even give u your moneys worth for products this pawn shop is ridiculously high for no reason customer service is horrible.
