Amazing customer service, come see Gloria she will take care of you. When you come in you’re greeted and any questions you have they are happy to help. I would recommend this pawn shop to everyone for great deals. Everyone is so nice and welcoming. Thank you bayou pawn for hiring the best employees that give exceptional customer service. Horribly service. Called on the phone before I went in and they put me on hold and told me I could bring in a part and when I get there they tell me they can’t take it and didn’t even try to help at all. Don’t come here they won’t offer you any good prices and they definitely do not have good customer service!! 1 star pawn shop
Bayou Mgr & staff are just straight-lace, no-chase about business & profits (wish they would smile more tho…lol). As I dealt more with them and began to know them better, they educated me, notified me on deadlines all the while being super busy, accommodating customers and establishing good rapport. They’re a good “go-to” when in need of fast or emergency cash. Thx guys.
Gloria is the best . Hernando is a fair guy. They have a great selection in shoes , tools and gold. Don’t come in here thinking you’ll get retail for your items , it’s a pawn shop everyone has to eat.
I don’t want to recommend this awful pawn shop to buy anything. It has awful and liar service. Some days ago I already bought a computer. When I bought it, the manager called Hernando told me if it has any problem I can bring back and it can be replaced for any other machine. The computer was working but it has a problem with two usbs and therefore I wanted to replace for another one but Hernando didn’t receive it and he lied with his promise and now I don’t have anything to do. Hernando is unresponsive and a liar. I don’t recommend in absolute this pawn shop to buy, I tell you with my hand in my heart
