    Came in on June 5 2024 (12:00PM) requested to look at a MacBook and was helped by an individual that was rude the entire interaction. Tried to engage in conversation and just be nice, he ignored me, proceeded to say nothing & when asked about price I was told an item from a pawnshop was non negotiable. Manager was nice as always, however other individual needs to work on basic customer service skills.

    I went into ezpawn on Westheimer and Alex was the one who helped me. He was amazing, nice, and very fast.. I also got more money than I was expecting! Awesome experience 🙂

    Jordan has some serious customer service issues. If you hate your job, take it out on yourself instead of being rude to the customers.
    Can’t be bothered to answer questions, rolls his eyes when you say anything, you greet/say goodbye and he doesn’t respond at all. It’s one thing to give low minimum effort to your job, but acting like it pains you to interact with people; then you’re in the wrong job.
    Get someone else please

    Jordan is the ABSOLUTE WORST customer service agent to work with at this location. This is the second time that I have had to interact with him and his customer service is absolutely deplorable. He refused to accept my laptop (that they’ve accepted previously no issue) because I asked him how come he is always rude and nasty when I come in . He walked away mid transaction saying try again tomorrow after I rushed over from work and refused to give me corporates number stating “he didn’t know it” I happy took my items back and used my credit card for my purchase I needed .

    I’m not sure why he doesn’t understand that customer service is his job and just because he is having a bad day or an attitude doesn’t give home the right to refuse service.

    I’ve spoken to the manager about him previously and I was told “This happens a lot” YET HE IS STILL EMPLOYED??? I have filed a claim with the BBB.
