Brisa and this branch has been tremendous help. Each time I ran into a problem, I was provided with utmost attention and solution was offered right away . Ignore the negative review, they are just haters.

Thought about opening an account here but had a weird and unpleasant experience, thank goodness dodged a bullet. Not a real bank and felt very unwelcoming. Might be a fit for certain kind of people. Their online reviews are terrible…. Should have read it first before walking in.
