First time coming here, and I absolutely LOVED the people here, very very nice, attentive, and with a great attitude.
I will absolutely come back and recommend this branch!!
Great percentages n easy to talk to. Ask for Petra
I have 2 business accounts with WellsFargo that i started at this location and I loved their customer service.
Friendly team. had a chance to work with Regina and Samantha and both were great.
I stop by the drive thru at least 3 times a week and never had any issue.
Thank you Team !!
I have 4 accounts and 4 credit cards with chase for more than 10 years. been to many branches and never seen a branch as bas as this one., The manager is rude and disrespectful. Service is awful, no customer service whatso ever.
I have been a customer since Community Credit Union. Customer service was, for many years, the reason I stuck around. Since the change from Legacy to Prosperity, the customer experience has taken a nose-dive. In an age and a city where one could throw a rock and bounce it off about 6 different banks, I cannot believe the unwillingness of Prosperity to keep a customer. I had an overdraft issue, which happens from time to time. Not only were they hard stuck in that they weren’t going to help me out, Prosperity also charges an EXTRA $20 just as a middle-finger (I guess?) for having been overdrafted (for which, of course, they also charge you). This is ridiculous considering that, if you have a relationship with ANY other bank (in my experience), they are very easy to work with and forgive any one-off “oopsies” on the customers’ end. They believe in the value of their services enough to not have to take from their customers when they make a mistake. I went from talking to the local bank to the customer service center and neither side seemed willing to help me out (a whole lot of “well unfortunately sir…”). Finally, being the stubborn person that I am, I got them to forgive the overdraft after a couple of hours of back and forth, but not without telling me that they put a note in the system that they would never forgive a fee for me again unless it was a bank error.
Hey Prosperity, I promise you won’t ever have to worry about that again.
