Everyone I spoke with at this establishment was very kind and helpful. The Manager, Mrs. Iris, went out of her way to ensure I understood different loan and financing scenarios to best aid me in reaching my goal. Afterwards, Mrs. Karisa Jones took over and gave detailed descriptions to educate me more as I am an individual who asks 1000 questions. Her patience and welcoming persona made me feel excited about joining this establishment.

This bank is a shared branch to my bank united energy credit Union. I’ve been here twice and Daniel has assisted me. Customer service has been excellent! He also went above and beyond to help me understand features about my own bank and accounts. I’m glad I can get great service even when I’m not using my own branch.
