Atlas Credit was a great place to work! My manager, Esmeralda Ramirez, was always very helpful. Our Supervisor was the best at answering ANY questions we had and was ALWAYS available. The office environment was always very friendly and uplifting.
Don’t trust your money at this bank. You can make a deposit and they will release your money to you and then the same day turn around and put a hold on it. And tell you the hold is for one day, but it end up being 7. They have very poor customer service. And will give you the run around. When all you want is a clear and correct answer. And when you ask to get a call back they don’t. I spoke to a Mrs Jackson and still my situation has yet to get a solution. I should of did more investigating before considering this bank. And you should to. There’s better banks who truly care about its customers and their valid concerns.
This branch is slow!! They barely have any workers. I called and gave them my information four hours before I arrived for a copy of my bank statements, common courtesy would have been to have them printed and ready before I arrived! Meanwhile, I get to the branch thirty minutes before they closed. They had me waiting for five sheets of paper. IBC bank need to hire more staff because this is unacceptable! I’m glad I don’t bank with them anymore!
Today I went this chase to fill out a add member not present form the guy work at the door is terrible no service and no helpful assistance I hope other Chase bank is not like this very disappointed
We are extremely grateful for the relationship we have developed with Mr. Jones and his staff at TSB. They truly care about their clients and you can tell they value your business. Unlike the larger banks that treat you like a statistic, these guys take the time to meet with you and discuss your investment plans among other things. They make banking an enjoyable part of your day to day. And yes clerical things can still happen, but the staff is always there to help. Alex has been our contact for years even as the bankers have come and gone; and she always takes care of business. Thank you Chris, Alex, and everybody who works so hard to keep our business operating with success. We will be banking with you guys for many years to come.
