    Horrible place of Business they knew better asking that beautiful black Queen about her age and credentials as a Dr. Upon opening an account. Systemic racism is one of the problems many of us face in AmeriKKKa. Even being a prominent Black person with good things going for yourself gets frowned upon.

    I have a lot of accounts with chase so I tend to visit many of their branches. By far, this location is outstanding. There’s always short wait times, phenomenal customer service, and there’s even a security guard right at the door. I’m so glad I moved closer to this location. Will continue to do business here!

    My mother and myself did not have an appointment but we tried calling the location hours before arriving but couldn’t set an appointment over the phone. Upon arriving we dealt with someone who wasn’t even trying to work BUT! Before leaving we had another person assist us named @Gabriela and she was really nice! And she got with @Carol-Staniszewski She stepped in as the Branch Manager to assist my mother and myself, with availability for a Notary, on the same day visit. Which had to be signed immediately! We thank you sooooo much! You’re a great person Carol S. 😃

    Very disappointed with the treatment and service today. Two hours of my day were wasted waiting for service. I waited to ask teller if they had a notary, signed in at 2:00 pm with reason to see notary. At 2:30 one of the gentleman associates to let me know their notary would be back in one hour. I asked if I could leave and come back in one hour and he said yes. I came back in one hour at 3:30 and checked in. A woman associate came out and called my name which a few people who had been waiting thought I’d just walked in and asked why I was going before them. I said I was there before and another associate had told me I could come back in an hour because their notary wasn’t there yet. The female associate who is taking me to notarize my paper stood in front of the other people and proceeded to tell me that I was supposed to check back in and wait again and that that’s not the way they did things. I offered to wait again and she said no and sat me in her office. Then she went out and proceeded to help people on the list anyways and left me in her office. I walked out and told her I was leaving. When I explained, she again repeatedly blamed the other associate and she’s been at lunch so she didn’t know anything. She didn’t even listen or consider I had been waiting since two at this point. Should a customer you can’t provide for sit an additional hour in your lobby just to stay in line? If a customer comes back at the time you say they can be taken care of, it seems fair that is like booking an appointment. She both embarrassed me, lied and said no she would help me but made me sit and wait in her office anyways. She blamed the other associate and in front of the customers. She said he was wrong and shouldn’t have done that. Regardless of whose fault the way something is handled, customers should not be treated as an inconvenience or like something they have been told by someone else is wrong and not fair to other customers. Business operation policies should be understood by all associates and handled by the business, not ever put on or treating a customer like that. I feel disrespected and like my time is of no importance.

    Worst chase branch I ever visit ,, they always are with a lot of people waiting , even if you made an appointment you have to wait 30 min or more until somebody say your name ,this is the second time I been there cause is like 3 min walking from home, when they call me said my appointment is not on the waiting list and start asking for the name of the chase person who made the appointment? ,, both times I have to walk with nothing from theme ,, better go to a different branch ,, they’re slowww
