Even you are thinking of using bank of America don’t. It’s a very bad bank with little to no customer support. Little to no physical location that they are actually slowly getting rid of. DO NOT USE BANK OF AMERICA.
horrible experience, I have been customers for years and I waited more than 40 minutes to be attended to and they still saw me. I was waiting and I was ignored, I preferred to go to another bank
I’d like to share the unfortunate experience I had today at Bank of America. I had booked an appointment in their system for 10:00 AM. However, after waiting in line for 10 minutes, I inquired about the progress of my paperwork, to which they responded, “We can’t open an account now; it may take a long time.”
This was frustrating because when I initially booked the appointment, I had specified that I wanted to open a business account. After receiving such poor service, I decided to leave the bank. Surprisingly, just 10 minutes later, I received a call from the bank offering i siad no to reschedule my appointment for 3:00 PM.
I dont accepted this offer, but then I received an email from the bank stating that my appointment had been canceled. It was disheartening to see that my appointment was canceled without any apology or explanation, and it left me feeling frustrated with the low-quality service provided at this location.
The worst branch ever, an hour waiting time just to get for cashier the only one available at this bank.
There is only one unprofessional taller behind the disk keep waiting customer’s and wasting time without any reason,it takes almost an hour to deal with one deposit or withdraw .
