Awesome bank to work with, right inside HEB next to the floral and electronics. They have everything you need there and also they have their own change machine when your ready to cash in all that spare change laying around!
Honestly, it’s team members like Javier Aviles-Rodriguez that have kept me from closing my business account with J.P. Morgan Chase Bank (Chase).
The past few months I had been experiencing problem after problem when it came to my account and the third party chase uses for check verification located out of India.
Despite it being near closing time, Javier took the time to listen to my frustrations and helped me solve the problem I was experiencing with my account.
My phenomenal experience with Javier is what kept me from transferring my business account to another competitor.
I have opened several accounts for business without any problems. I have made numerous wire transfer both in US and internationally without any issues. The transfers were done by several members of the bank staff not just one person which makes it much more convenient to just pop in and do a wire transfer without having to wait until the wire transfer person is free. All of the staff members are friendly and helpful. I recommend taking a look at Bank of Texas if you are looking to open a new account or adding an account.
I thought the bad comments were fake until I came inside the bank. It’s disappointing. And the worst thing is that the manager doesn’t care.
I would give negative million stars. Worst people to deal with
