5 Reviews on “Capital One Bank”
Based on my experience here it feels like a very welcoming environment and the costumer service is amazing!!!
Been with the about 7 years now. The staff is a solid team. Most have been there longer that me. It’s nice to have that small bank feel when it comes to my money with all the modern conveniences.
Horrible customer service two of the workers clearly don’t want to work came to open an account for my husband and they were finding any excuse not to help us open an account while trying to rush us. Clearly chase doesn’t want customers. Went to Bank of America, afterwards on FM78 and we were treated kindly and they helped us open an account in walk in.
I’ve been a PNC bank customer for over 20 years and was so excited when a branch opened up near me after I moved to Texas. We made an appointment for 9 am to open a business account. We were repeatedly told, “just a minute” while they took care of 3 walk ins. 30 minutes later,
we’re told that they don’t know how to make business accounts and it would take 2 hours to do it there because they need to be on the phone to do it.
This location changes its name way too many times. Now that it’s PNC, I had to abandon my checking account because I couldn’t log into it anymore. My username was tied to a business account that I managed. The bank had way too many errors when migrating all the BBVA accounts over to PNC. I visited the bank 3 times to try and regain online access. 1st visit 2hrs of service, 2nd visit 30 minutes of service, and 3rd visit 45 minutes of service. None of which could help me gain online access, so I abandoned the my account and left $17 in it. PNC charged me $8 the last few months before sending me this letter. Don’t waste your time with PNC, I’ve never dealt with an bank as dumb as PNC.
