    ATM always broken. Bank does not care. Don’t even go here….save yourself!

    ATM often have problems , wasted time and gas taking trips most of times . I went to put cash in , ATM took all my cash with incomplete processing , the screen said to call phone # to get help resolve ….took me about 90 minutes on phone calls , tranfered me around from department to department …. held me to stay at ATM eventually go home with nothing resolved , told me make another phone call again in the morning at 7 AM Easten time , I made it , but they told me to wait till Monday to come back to the bank , when I made deposit to ATM machine was Friday evening .

    No good for the neighborhood when you claim to be the best around. I’ve been banking here for over a decade. Don’t like the fast churning of employees. Just say, I only like one person who helped me open account when it was still Washington Mutual Bank a long time ago.

    Terrible. You can never get any service at Chase anymore. I sat in the one on Wilcrest and 59 for two hours while the employees laughed and giggled in the back, 3 of them doing absolutely nothing. Then I try to come to this one this morning and same thing. Front desk in on their phone and there is only person working while the rest were hiding in the back, chatting, and eating cake.

    They cannot do attestation,
    Their branch manager doesn’t understand things , expects a 30year old girl to know the banker.
    As customer had to argue with them on fine prints and chase policy.
    They threatened a customer that they will take action on other branch personal if they attested documents I requested for.

    Guess what local UPS does the same attestation, they call attention office if they don’t understand documents. 5 other local businesses did the same attestation later. Chase and their personal don’t want to , they ask appointments , even if they are sitting chatting at back of glass. I bet they can barely serve 3 -4 customers out of 10. They refuse to work or less supportive.

    3months down and I refuse to be a chase customer. Hate the bitterness this branch officials brought to experience.
