Been here over an hour waiting on someone to give me back my coins the counting machine still has as it stop mid way and still no sign of the supposed help wost experience ever
I would like to thank the employees inside the bank for caring for there customers health and making it a priority the line was real long but while waiting in line I observed manager walking the line offering ppl sanitizer and cashier wiping down any and everything she can possibly can..so I wanted to note that and thank y’all again and keep up the good work👍🏾
Not happy. This bank takes so long. Waiting in line for 30mins and I’m barely half way there.
It’s funny that other people next to me are also complaining as well. Talking about how this bank takes forever . 😅

Well what I can say about this Bank !! The convinience of them opening up on Sundays. So far the staff have been awesome. I have no negativity at all. I give them 5 stars. This is my opinion. Everyone else are free to their opinion.
Went to the bank to get change the teller ask me for me ID. She ask do I have account. I stated no. She said its only $1 to open. I ask her just to get change you have to have account. I was pressed for time and she stated it will be quick. She comes with a debit card and a check book. I told her that I dont need any of that. I just need change. She then tells me it will be a monthly charge and a $25 cancellation fee. Talking about customer service. I felt like I was just robbed……
