Found this place on Google, after I needed money in a pinch. Walked in and was greeted warmly, received assistance from Joseph who was warm and welcoming. Service was fair, fast, and easy. They also have a nice array of things to buy that are priced well
The experience was great and the lady that attended me was the sweetest ever! Her customer service was superb!!!!!!! I give this place a 5 all of the way! They have so many great items to choose from. If you want a pair of Jordan’s for yourself or for someone you can even get that! Daniella is the lady’s name. Ask for her and she will be efficient and effective!!!!!!
This particular location @Fondren, is wonderful. The owner and staff are so welcoming and friendly with 1 exception (D). They’re not dismissive or blunt. They assist you with all questions and concerns, expenses and fees. Today Kenya assisted me extensively. She patiently and politely answered my questions as a customer, offering me information I had no idea about. We talked about consumer interests as well as offering a detailed pamphlet from Tx State regarding Consumer credit. In these times kindness is essential to us all. Thanks Kenya again. It was a pleasure.
This place actually is very good primarily because of the staff obviously the pawn business is business but these people go above and beyond they’re always polite. You should definitely check out this location before stopping anywhere else.

When I need a good deal or a loan, EZPAWN on Fondren is my go-to place. I’ve been a customer for years, even after moving further away. They always have good inventory in purses, jewelry and shoes, but what truly keeps me coming back is their exceptional customer service. Mrs. Harriet, Kayla, and Joseph are friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. They go above and beyond to assist customers. I highly recommend this location.
