Pleasant, clean and quick service.
Poor quality costumer service, the manager very rude they refused my money transfare via the drive through window and I asked them of this new thing he said you leave my store and did not want to provied me with any customers service phone number… Definitely not going there any more.
Terrible customer service! The girls working on the windows treat their customers with attitude. There is always a line with one girl at the window. These girls appear to be extremely unexperienced and confused about their responsibilities. Not once did they make me feel comfortable when I came in, I always leave unsatisfied and treated like I am wasting their time. Where and who is the owner? There is another very important thing I need to mention. The girls are not well- groomed to be working with customers, and I have realized that about literally all of these girls. Their hair is not combed and look like they literally just got out of bed. How do you expect your business to become successful when all of this is going on? For me, I will never be back there, neither will my family and friends. Keep in mind that the most important thing for a business is your customer service. So stop treating customers as though they are wasting your time. You must do your job with a smile on your face or go home and stay there.
They don’t do money orders, why is this place listed for money orders ?
