Horrible service, impolite and rude
Long line and they made me go back 3 times for nothing! They have no idea how the system works!
The manager (chase) didnt help after he was called.
The computer screen for western unioin at walgreens helped us way better than the total of 4 humans (3 customer service and a manger) at HEB.. the screen wasn’t rude nor mean but the “customer service” were, sad truth. If you dont know how to do your job at least deliver the message right the first time and politely, its not a battle field, you should be there to help others and kindly.
