Absolutely the best bank EVER! Why anyone would use any other bank is beyond me! Business & personal. 10+ years I’ve been a customer. So blessed to have them handle my accounts. Professional responsible customer service never before experienced at other banks. This branch particularly has some of the BEST Customer Service that takes interest to deliver ☆☆☆☆☆ service and support as well as pride in there careers. Literally the worst Woodforest Branch in the face of the planet. I’ve only came here a handful of times and half of those I’ve had to go to another branch to get my needs met. Previous issues have been getting approval because of the size of a withdrawal or deposit I was trying to make. Apparently they don’t hire managers to complete approvals here, they have to call elsewhere and nobody picks up the phone. Today’s mishap, I’m here for a cashier’s check and they can’t get their system to work. I’ve literally been standing here for going on 45 minutes while they figure their stuff out. Don’t worry though, they charged me $10 for the bad services and wasting my time… smh. Don’t Bank here… should’ve went to chase next door.

Yes this bank froze my account out of nowhere without as much as a phone call just because they needed a small peice of information. I had to miss a days work to fix this. It could have been handled with a phone call. Had to wait 24 hours to access my account again after spending the morning at the bank. Pathetic…don’t put money in here…fo to Facebook and notice all the deleted comments and that should tell you what you need to know.
