I normally deal with Carolina Delgado,when I go into the branch that I use and she was great, but has moved to another location. So I got to deal with Andrew Martinez, he was really enjoyable to speak with, knowledgeable,caring, and helpful. I wish customer service was that good everywhere that I do business. We are long time members of Chartway, have always been treated like family and they have always helped in all our financial needs. We recently had fraudulent withdrawals, very scary and stressful situation. Karla Ard was an angel! She quickly took control of this bad situation and helped us through it all. Your representatives are great but your website sucks, your video banking is broken, and your phone system sucks. I wasted two hours trying to get help because I can’t leave work to go to a branch location and the call system kept disconnecting me (confirmed by a representative it was having issues) and every time I tried to do a video banking session it hung at “00:00” waiting and never connected.
