Came to withdraw a large sum and they didn’t have tellers at this location. It’s basically a huge atm👎 …
Chase bank teller allowed a person with only my name to walk into this branch and withdraw all the money out of my checking account. This person did not have my account number or a proper ID. In addition , the secondary ID requirement was granted an exception based on the “signature provided.” The only problem with that is that the signature in no way even close to matched mine on file. If this wasn’t bad enough, Chase is telling me that they will take 30 days to resolve this claim and return my money. There is no sense of empathy for the mistake their teller made or urgency to take care of me as a longstanding customer. They only coldly state , we have a lot of claims, we’ll get to you when we can.
This brand of banking and poor customer service is truly unbelievable. I’m hoping they resolve this soon. We trust Chase to take care of our money and our account. Apparently this was a HUGE mistake!
Pointless location, might as well close it. Went there today to deposit a check as POA on elderly parents account, no tellers, no drive thru, ATM only. Two pointless loan officers holding down office chairs from floating away though.
Now I have to drive twenty minutes away to actually see a teller. Yet more reasons why I dumped CHASE for my own personal banking 20+ years ago.
And the icing on the cake? They’re building a new full service location a mile away. Just RE-STAFF THIS ONE!
Make it make sense, CHASE.
This is not a full-service location. You cannot do any kind of cash transactions here so if you’re a business trying to bring deposits don’t waste your time. Really frustrated with banks that devalue cash and don’t consider it necessary.
This was the worst banking experience I ever received. The drive thru machines were both closed. So, I went inside to the atm in the lobby, but only could do cash in $100 increments. I went to the atm machine inside the back and I get a receipt, saying they couldn’t withdraw cash. The workers there said there was nothing they can do. I never received such poor customer service from a bank!
