ATMs outside are constantly down and not working. Atm has taken my money 3 separate times and not put it in my account and I had to wait days for the deposit to go in after talking to customer service for an hour. Don’t bother going to the drive up either they are slow and useless I work next door but will be taking my business elsewhere only got an account here because it was “convenient”
I called the office about my bank account
The lady that answered. Was joking and laughing about my account being paused because I didn’t fund it! Chase is a great bank and she is ruining the Name of the bank and opportunities for others I have 6k I want to funk my account and the help I got is someone that’s supposed to be professional laughing at me for no reason. She should get fired people got rent to pay
I went in with a check (significant amount) trying to open a bank account and was told that I could only be seen if I had an appointment. If I wanted to wait to get seen as a walking that I would have to wait 30 mins to an hour. I waited 1 hour and 30 mins and was not seen. They have NO communication whatsoever to tell you that they will get to you shortly or anything. They treat you like they are doing you a favor. I walked out after 1 hr and 30 mins of wasting my time and no service whatsoever. I would not recommend them at all. Went to my back at Capital One and they addressed my needs in less than 5 mins.
My husband cashed out his 2000 dollar check and an hispanic 40 year old lady was the one who cashed it out. After he left the bank he went to do a job around kingwood and his car got broken into and his whole weeks pay was stolen. It is suspicious that the people who jugged him knew he had a nice certain amount of money. I think one of the bank employees has something to do with it. Especially when my husband made the transaction there and also his coworker. No one was in the bank at the time that could’ve overheard him, only the employees. This happened on June 8, 2024 on a Saturday around 1:40 in the afternoon. Be aware someone there is playing dirty and jugging every customer that leaves with a certain amount of cash. Luckily we filed a police report and we have videos of where it happened and we know what car it is and everything!
The branch manager and staff were very professional and treat their customers with respect. That is the service I received this morning. Here is my story; Chase restricted my business account, froze it, and threatened to close it after I deposited a cashier’s check of $54K from selling my business. The check was good, instead of just putting it on hold until it clears, they decided to take actions. Of course I was very upset because I have been banking with them for many years. I guess it looks very suspicious for a small business owner to cash in a large check. Thanks to the actions taken by the branch manager I changed my mind about closing all my accounts and business cards altogether! You all should go see her with your banking issues! She’s very good at what she does! Thank you!!!
