Beverly Petersen was invaluable in setting up our business accounts, as well as my personal estate accounts. All went smoothly, and she was the consummate professional as well as cheerful and helpful. She answered my innumerable questions without faltering or tiring. She is why we will continue with this bank!
Everytime I turn around we have problems with this bank. I will have 57 buck in my account and before I go to sleep have 157 and not know what my actual balance is. This has happened about 5 nights in a row. Then last night I had 157 and I woke up and it said I had 57 because of a late payment that was showing I paid yesterday on my account so I believe I’ve been charged twice for this one payment. We will have pending payments set in our account for days on end and not be processed. I just don’t understand what these people are trying to do but I do understand this, as soon as we get another bank to deposit payroll in we will be changing banks. The people are nice but I don’t recommend this bank to anyone.
I had a very good experience while dealing with ubank to get some money situations handled. Maddison was especially helpful, very knowledgeable with what I was asking and patient at the same time. Kept a smile on her face the entire time. Great customer service and I will come back.

When I walked inside she welcomed me in with a smile on her face and made me feel more than welcome. She is very knowledgeable, confident in her position and has great leadership for her team as well. She is very professional and has great work ethic.
