All staff are so friendly and nice, I always get the best customer service. They can solve any problems and answer for all questions what I have. Karen is my favorite teller.
As a business professional, I’ve never had such an unprofessional experience with a home refinance. The whole process left me with disdain for this bank and the loan officer who did nothing but take our money and not return phone calls, or emails. I’ve dealt with many banks in my career, and I always initiated local town banks for patronage, but never again US Bank. Never.
Best bank customer service in Jackson. Karen, the bank manager, has been there for years. She remembers my name every time I walk in and is always able to take care of everything quickly while saying ‘hi’ to everyone walking in. Parker is newer and still figuring a few things out, but does his absolute best to always take care of everything that he can every time I walk in. He always gets it done and always with a smile and great customer service. Angel is newer too, but he’s got things dialed and goes the extra mile to make my life easier. Ginger handles everything quickly and efficiently, follows up, and has great customer service.
I am very disappointed in the lack of transparency, especially after having a 1-on-1 meeting with one of your employees Alix to set-up a local checking account. You all were running a promotion for a checking account of $400 credit when you deposit a minimum of $4k in the first 60 days. I specifically addressed that I had extra cash to roll-over from my hometown checking account (which to an established banker, should infer that it would be an electronic transfer). I wanted to make sure everything was squared away and I immediately made the transfers in the following days. It has been a few months and there was never a $400 deposit made on behalf of US bank. So I called your location and was informed via a return phone-call that because I made a transfer not a direct deposit it didn’t qualify. This is specifically what I had established and asked in our 1-on-1 to make sure I knew exactly how I could & should put money into the account to receive the promotional offer. I just wish someone would have been honest and transparent with me so I could have done what was necessary.
US Bank is the worst bank in Jackson IMHO. There’s plenty of better banking choices. I would strongly suggest going somewhere else.
