Avoid at all costs… wouldn’t accept my normal ID (not expired or anything) for a withdrawal then wouldn’t accept any other forms that were not from BOA. Like they were guarding the president. Extremely annoying and then I missed my flight because it took so long.

    Bank of America.
I’ve been with you for many years, but today that ends.

I’m not even mad. I’m just disappointed that after all the years I’ve been banking with you, that you refuse to do one simple task. It’s ok. No issues. As soon as I get home, I will be routing all my direct deposit funds to my other bank account and after I verify my new accounts have deposits from my income sources, any accounts I have with Bank of America will be closed ❤️

If I could give you zero stars I would. As a note, the gentleman at the window was extremely polite and I understand this was not his call but to the manager on duty today, ma’am you need to understand legal matters. She didn’t even attempt to read the power of attorney I brought in, which shows her lack of interest in basic customer service. Educate yourselves folks, before doing business with this bank.

In line, two people ahead of me, it’s my lunch hour. Teller barely speaks above a whisper to call the next person, and the lady ahead of me isn’t paying attention, so the second time Teller calls out just a tad higher than a whisper, I let the lady know, she’s up. When it’s my turn, I told the Teller I wanted three hundred in fifties, the rest in twenties. Teller says she has no twenties, at the same time, another employee starts talking to the Teller about an issue with the atm…the Teller says she’s going to the back anyway, and proceeds to go to the back with the other employee. Ten minutes istood there waiting, meanwhile, the other Teller has helped at seven people while I’m still standing there. Finally I yelled out where is she…long story short, no apology and manager offered nothing to rectify the situation. Thanks for wasting my time, and if it weren’t for my client that cannot leave her house to cash her check, I would never go back there again. Worst workers in America.

I’ve never heard of this new bank policy. I asked my older brother to make a cash deposit for a small amount($90) into my checking account instead of mailing it to me since I’ve relocated to West Texas. He was told that he could not deposit cash and that it needed to be either a cashier’s check or money order. I called the branch and it was confirmed that the only way that he could deposit cash would be if I added him to my checking account. Does that even make sense? Which Banking Regulation is that?

This bank in Killeen needs more front end tellers. The poor ladies there get swamped all the time, they need a little help. You have plenty of people to open accounts and loans give the front some attention.
