I would like to express my appreciation to Noli, Dawn, Maria, Trey, Samantha, and Kamaron for their excellent customer service skills they provide me and the other customers that come to the bank. They are always polite, courteous,helpful and show great professionalism. They make the trip to the bank pleasant.
Kam, Dawn, Sam, Maria, Noli, and Kendrick are amazing. I was going to the Harker Heights location, but with their customer service I’d rather make the drive to the Killeen location where I am actually treated with decency and respect. Whatever it is I need they are always there to help.
Kamaron welcome me. She asked hw I was doing. Then she asked what do I need to do today. After the transaction she informed me all that my bank has to offer! I like that very much.
Mrs. Kam was extremely personable and helpful. She took the time to listen to the issue I was having then walked me through fixing them. Ms. Kam was so professional and patient with me the entire time.

Our first visit to this location was amazing! We opened a new account because we got a mortgage with them. It was a swift process and we also got an incentive for being both a first time mortgage customer and first time customer opening a checking account.
